If you’re not already familiar, Ray is Microsoft’s “Chief Software Architect” and was the driving force behind a lot of the new synchronization services like Groove, Live Sync, and the Live Mesh (beta for now).
Mesh is probably the most useful thing to come out of Redmond since Office, IMHO. Totally amazing, FREE, service. www.mesh.com
We had a short but REALLY exciting conversation about what’s happening in the relatively near future with the Windows Live Essentials, and I can’t wait till we announce some of the new features publicly.
